Contact us

We'd like to hear from you, whether you've spotted a figure that looks wrong, want a guide on a particular appliance or have a general question.

Reporting an error

Please include the page address, the figure you think is wrong and, if you can, a link to the source you're comparing it with. We check every report against the original source and update the page if needed. See our editorial policy.

What we can't help with

We can't give personal financial advice, look at your bill or contact your supplier for you. For help with your energy account, contact your supplier, or Citizens Advice for free independent help.
